The snow and frost has settled into the lands, a blanket of white. Food is harder and harder to find, and animals are more agressive to find food. It's cold, and it snows quite frequently, making it hard to find a warm place to stay.

It is now winter, almost a full year since the humans were wiped out of the lands, now known as Etendi, meaning forbidden. Wolves, coyotes, and other canines have moved into the new lands, now that humans aren't there to hunt them. How will all these canids co-exist, when they barely could when humans were there?
